Hi, Dave, and all the INDUCKS gang!

I just got a telephone conversation with Romano Scarpa one minute ago. And I
learn... that is necessary to change some credits in the INDUCKS!

Romano apologizes to have never provided before to say that some of his
early stories, that we all credited to G. Martina, are written and
storyboarded by himself.

Specifically, I SETTE NANI E IL TRONO DI DIAMANTI

and PAPERINO E L'ANTIDOLLAROSSERA.

So, they are Scarpa/Scarpa stories. He shall check the credits we wrote in
all the chronologies (he never did it before!) to se in there are any other.

This matter is important becouse the I SETTE NANI E IL TRONO DI DIAMANTI
story is gonna be printed in other countries very soon in the FANTASTIC WALT
tribute book If it is still possible to change the credits (DAVID???) and
give to Scarpa what is Scarpa's... He shall be very glad.

I just checked the "normal" Chronologies and I found Romano is (obvoiusly)
right.
The "mistake" we all made is coming from the Fossati's old Index written for
IF. Maybe he "decided" that the two stories were written by Martina becouse
he didn't find the "RS" hidden signature in them. But, indeed, they were
ERASED by the editor. Romano put them into the pages and they could have
been:

PAPERINO E L'ANTIDOLLAROSSERA (RS 7) published after the "RS" 6 - T E LA
NAVE DEL MICROCOSMO - 'cause the monthly, delayed schedule of "Albi d'Oro");

I SETTE NANI E IL TRONO DI DIAMANTI (R6 8).

Later, we don't find any hidden signature in P E LA LEGGENDA DELLO
"SCOZZESE VOLANTE", which is RS 9...

And then, again,we find the number in T E L'UNGHIA DI KALI' ("RS 10").

So, the mystery of Scarpa stories' sequence is solved.

So, it's clear WHY Jiminy Cricket is called "Gimmy" ONLY in that "made in
Italy" story (the only one written by Scarpa introducing that character).

Bye,

Luca

PS: Maybe you can do something, Dave?
