Real world tragedy in Duckburg

That happened at nighttime, so there was only night watchman sleeping in the 
basement(I think).
But what about the "Attaaaaack" -story? Half Duckburg ruined...?
Not to speek of hundreds of superhero-comics where these guys destroy blocks 
while fighting...
