Yes and no: 
Tronsmo is indeed the best place to find & buy the Don Rosa books:

But Tronsmo is not the _publisher_ of the books. They're 
"main handlers and Norwegian intergalactic internet station"
of the books, but they are being _published_ by Gazette Bok,
Oslo [check http://www.gazette.no/ ]. And main editor for the 
books, in close cooperation with Don R, has been a certain
University of Oslo professor whose name was also mentioned some digests 
ago in connection with the "Barks Index" published by the mysterious 
"Barks-Friends" in Oslo in 1984.

It is likely that the two books will be found & sold also at 
the Goeteborg (Goethenburg, Sweden) Book Fair September 14-16th,
with Don present.
