Different donald ducks in Topolino 184 ??? (Guido Martina)

Hi!
About the last Mickey Parade Géant...
In the story p231, "Donald et la machine répétitrice", By Guido Martina and 
Luciano Bottaro published first in Topolino #184...
You know, in some stories are panels with just text (for instance, "one hour 
later" or "the day after" or "Two years after, at Donald's house"...
In those panels are often added little picture to make them look funnier.
In this story are two panels of this kind, with two Donald's heads in them, 
but they seem to have been added later by Mickey Parade or maybe was it so at 
the first publication? (Could someone who has the original tell us?)

The first panel is page 30 panel 5, looks like  Barks' early Donalds.

The second is page 14 pane l5, looks like Al Taliaferro's strips from the 
early 50es' Donald.
