NorthWest Territory by Prima and Don Rosa Life/Times series

Story code on Inducks is  D 7146.

I have the complete original artwork for this story, and am looking for
the comic version of this.  I am in the US, and would prefer to find the
comic in English (not sure if it was published in English, but the
dialogue on the artwork is in English).

Also - where would one find English versions of the Life and Times
series by Don Rosa (b) issues which were not printed in the US and how
many are there?
