HD&L caps & colors

[Kriton Kyrimis]

Back when Disney were publishing Disney comics, one of the editors came
up with the following rule:

Red is the darkest of the hues, so huey weares red.
Water is blue, and dew is water, so dewey wears blue.
This leaves out Louie. Leaves are green, so Louie wears green!!!

I have no idea whether this was just something they came up to answer on
of the readers' letters, or whether they actually used the rule duriung
their reign.
