Greg,

that's a nice explanation.
But also, there's my "trouble".

Several stories state that the bin contains "rememorable" money. Each coin
has it's history, it's memory.
Money that is used in business does not get into the bin.
(I wish I could name the story I got that from.)

Anyone out there remembering the same?
