As a mathematician, you should have noticed that most of the numbers were
even, and so, that something was wrong! In fact - silly error from me - many
of these numbers need to be divided by two. Which means that Barks' total
really is 1158/2 = 579 which is plausible.

You're right, he only made some non-Disney comics. I forgot that there are
non-Disney comics in Inducks now.

I didn't count stories made in collaboration with others. I think Jippes
made many of his stories with others, like Milton, so maybe that is the
reason.

Maybe they ought to be counted but that would be much more difficult and
time-consuming...
