Question about Headers

Hi Per, 

I receive many headers in each message. (List-Help, List-Post, List-Id,
List-Archive, etc. usw.) Can these be left out? They make the digest very
difficult to read. Also, many times a post arrives both in ASCII and HTML, can that
be avoided somehow?
