Well, my point was that it's definitely a landmark and not at all boring. I 
do not think of it as a landmark of the the city of Stavanger. It's too far 
away.

 From the stories where it appears, it's quite obvious Mount Demontooth is 
so close to Duckburg that there must be a fantastic view of the city and 
it's surroundings from the summit, and Mount Demontooth is probably visible 
from most parts of the city. Therefore, it's an obvious landmark.
