Yes, the system checks that the same amount of points is not given to 
more than one landmark suggestion, so you won't be able to give 12 
points to them all. If someone tries to do it anyway, they will be met 
by a warning, and the vote isn't counted. The voter will then of course 
be given another chance to correct his/her markings.
