In Finland singer/song writer Georg Malmsten made several (four at least) 
children songs using Mickey Mouse in 1930's. "Mikki Hiiri Merihädässä" was 
one of them (MM peril at sea). I think no lawsuit or anything like that was 
never made. Perhaps he got permission.
