Gold dust

The main thing here is that the doctor does not know Scrooge (at least not
well enough to know his habits). But from the gold dust he draws the
conclusion that Scrooge must swim in *money*. This can only mean one thing:
*anyone* swimming in money gets gold dust on his body. This means that a
considerable amount of normal Duckburgian money must contain gold.
