Picsou - new issue

As I said to Gilles, nothing really new in the latest
Picsou (except non-Disney comics and illustrations).

The main stories pub'ed are:
- Rosa's LoS chapter 4
- Barks' No such Varmint (the second green Serpent
story) 
- Barks' Boat Buster (1st appearance of Rockerduck)
- Barks' Storm on Cap Quack 10-pager
- a few Taliaferro gags

+ some fantastic articles on Star wars and on a Lara
croft video game.
