Mickey pages on ebay from 1931

I just found this out on ebay and was wondering if anyone has an idea of what those amazing pages could be :

Have they been printed in one of the Mickey Mouse Annuals ?

The dealer tells me that only the coloring is original but that the pages are printed. This really puzzles me.
