Duckburg Officially in USA

I just realised that I glossed over something very important.  The Disney 
company and comic book "official" statement that Duckburg does, indeed, lie 
within the borders of U.S.A.!!! That 1961 statement in Ludwig von Drake No.1 
should get rid of the notion that Calisota is it's OWN NATION.  That is NOT TO 
SAY that Duckstad is not in Nederland, and Andeby is not in Danmark, and 
Entenhausen is not in Deutschland, etc.
