IMO they are all the same character, reused by several
writers with different names. As Fernando Ventura pointed out,
in Brazil he had two names, "Nadinhas" and "Galtério"
(I prefer the former).

If this is the character we are all talking about, then
this is probably his first appearance, and his real
name may be there...
