Since both of the sites naturally use the story code as the end
of the URL, the ends are almost the same, but not exactly.
There is at least one difference: If a story code has space
characters after a space character, Per replaced them with
one '+' while François used as many '+'s as there are spaces.

An example of this:
http://stp.ling.uu.se/cgi-bin/starback/dcml/story?W+OS+189-02
vs.
http://coa.duckburg.dk/coa/c1/story.php/0/W+OS++189-02
