This is correct, at least for us Europeans. For the Americans though March
13 is the 313 day, because they, for some odd reason, put the month before
the date. That's why they keep calling September 11th for 911 - when 911 for
us will be another historic date (at least for us Europeans) November 9th.
Important events on that date:
1918 - The abdication of German emperor Willhelm II
1923 - Hitler's unsuccessful coup d'etat
1938 - The crystal night
1989 - The fall of the Berlin wall

So Timo, with your stunt you have touched one of the differences making many
Europeans feel that Americans live in another world as them selves.
