You are misunderstanding I am talking about
the series "En kvart årgang" *NOT* the other
series "De komplette årgangene".

The series "En kvart årgang" includes DD&Co
from 2000 and 2001, I am waiting to see the
first quarter of the 2002 volume.

So my three questions thus still remain
unanswered...
