French "Picsou" available in America

Three days ago Don Rosa mentioned that he found Picsou on
a newstand in Bora Bora.  I was also surprised to find Picsou
for sale here in America.  A few months ago when I was in
San Francisco I saw a few in a bookstore that had a section
of foreign newspapers and magazines.  If I had found one
with a Don Rosa story I would have bought it; but I already
have one Picsou without a Rosa story, and I didn't feel an
urge to get another.
