Michael I'm afraid it probably doesn't mean the nice lady's gingerbread 
house made with the fabulous cake flour!! Or the what was it? prize 
vine Rosa wrought.   We actually have a Disney-funded subdivision here, 
had to go to a seminar there.  The houses are super expensive because 
they come with front porches, that's the major sales point.  I guess 
nobody knows anymore how a front porch works.  These are just a thin 
place to display your display-only patio furniture.  So expect useless 
front porches, perhaps.  But I expect your newpaper means will look 
like a theme park
