1. What makes you think this law is stupid? Maybe there's a good reason
why it was implemented.

2. What makes you think it is protectionist?

3. I have had no problem getting my copies of JSA and Promethea (hi,
Todd) from my comic book dealer. Why would it be different with Gemstone
publications?
