Found at Egmont's web site. (I don't remember if this've been mentioned here
before):

"A Good Luck Coin

Luck doesn’t come looking for you, you have to find it yourself. Egmont’s
founder, Egmont H. Petersen knew this only too well when he decided to start
his own printing business in 1878. He was only 17 years old and had recently
finished his apprenticeship as a typographer. He borrowed the necessary
start-up capital from his mother, who had pawned all her worldly goods, and
it was in her kitchen that the first printed Egmont publications saw the
light of day. The business bore her name – “P. Petersens Bogtrykkeri” –
quite simply because Egmont had to wait until he came of age at 25 before he
could be chartered as a book printer.

Egmont was ambitious, conscientious and prepared to make sacrifices for his
ideals. But he wasn’t blind to the charms of Lady Luck. One day on his way
to buy his first printing press, he spotted a 25-øre coin on the cobbled
street in the working class district of Copenhagen. Egmont picked it up and
kept it for the rest of his life as his lucky coin – along with the first
Danish crown he ever earned. The lucky coin and the first crown he earned
are in safekeeping in Steffen Kragh’s office.

Egmont once wrote in one of his many sales brochures: “Hard work, accuracy
and perseverance are bound to bring good fortune.” Together with his visions
and willingness to run calculated risks, this motto became the foundation on
which he built the Egmont company and the spirit in which we continue it
today. "

Funny coincidence :-)
