During the last 11 days, not the last 10 days.

According to Don Rosa, U$ died at the age of 100.  If he was born 
1867-12-21, he was 100 between 1967-12-21 and 1968-12-20.  According to 
Don Rosa, he died in 1967.  Thus, he must have died somewhere between 
1967-12-21 and 1967-12-31.
