There is no "best."  It's comparing apples and oranges.  Artists
each have their own style, their own strengths and weaknesses. 
So much depends on personal taste and opinion.  There is no
"best" or "better" artist.  There is only "best" or "better" in
*your opinion.*  Which makes it impossible to start a reasonable
debate with a question like this.
