I think I come in time to answer this: It's the "Papperetta ye-ye"
introducing story. I read it recently. It looked at me as a kind of
"relief" between Goldie and Brigitta, as if a chapter in Scrooge's life was
closed (Barks-Goldie) and another was beginning (Scarpa-Paperetta). A nice
ending. I always loved the way Scarpa introduced his new characters in the
duck universe.
