Who is Douglas McDuck?

In the new Egmont weekly, there is a story D 2002-107 by Lars Jensen &
Daniel Branca, in which cousin Douglas appears. According to the story, he
is uncle of Abner 'Whitewater' Duck (he also appears in this story).This
12-pager takes places in Dawson, during the contest for the hardest duck.
