Donald Duck Receives Walk of Fame Star This Monday

This rare Countertop Standee for the First Donald Duck Hardcover Book sold
for $18,243.00 earlier this year--proving that Donald's popularity has yet
to wane... and that his Star is richly deserved.

To celebrate his 70 years in entertainment, Donald Duck will see his star
unveiled on the Hollywood Boulevard Walk of Fame this Monday, August 9 at
10:30 am. His will be the 2,257th star awarded. The unveling will take place
at 6840 Hollywood Blvd. in front of the Disney Store/El Capitan Theatre.

We're curious to see how one of the craggiest of quackers handles the
overwhelming experience.
