There's actually three more ... at least.

D 91249 "Of Ducks and Dimes and Destinies" is often called Life of $crooge  
part 0, about when Scrooge earned his first coin.

D 98045 "The Cowboy Captain of Cutty Sark" takes place sometime in  
Scrooge's cowboy period between chapters 3 and 4.

And F PM 01201 "The Sharpie of the Culebra Cut" takes place sometime  
during chapter 11.
