The domain name has been down for some time.  See various other DCML mails 
on the matter.  In order to access Inducks, simply add the following lines 
to your /etc/hosts in Linux:

62.61.159.55 inducks.org bolderbast.inducks.org coa.inducks.org
62.107.104.7 irc.inducks.org

When the domain name comes up again (which is hopefully soon), you may 
remove the lines from /etc/hosts.
