Ehapa has sent me copies of The Jan Gulbransson (and, indeed, the other Scarpa, Vicar, ,
etc.) Hall of 
Fame books, as it is easier than to figure out which books the authors need sent.  So, at
least Ehapa is 
doing it.  I can't speak for The Scandinavian
publishers.
