Thomas Jefferson, in a very different time - true - but correctly, noted  -
that "one man's knowledge does never diminish another's" - and all
intellectual property, it may be a little overstretched but there is some
food for thought there, "violates the efficiency rule [of economics]: that
price should equal marginal cost of reproduction, wich for knowledge is
nearly zero"
