Wow, that's your favorite too. Awesome!
Yeah, the December 94 is the one I was looking for.
Damn, I'm old! I remember youthfully (I was only 8)
grabbing that comic fresh off the newsstand shelves,
back when the local Mr. Pete's Market used to carry
Gladstone Disney comics, going "OOO! Donald!!!" Oh
man, am I old.
BTW, Stampede is my favorite Van Horn besides Duos and
Don'ts from WDC&S 641 from February 2005 and The
Perils of Pie that Mr. Van Horn did recently for WDC&S
645.
Yes, I'm US-based. Van Horn and Rosa are Duck men I'd
love to meet. Rosa's recent "Magnificent Seven (Minus
Four) Caballeros" story was nothing short of
brilliant. I think Rosa's going to be at Baltimore
Comic Con in September at the Gemstone booth, so I'm
going there for sure. Maybe I'll get to meet a buddy
I've been in correspondence with for awhile, his IT
company has their sales office in Baltimore. I love
Baltimore, especially the Inner Harbor. And when I'm
there in June, I have to scout out the best hotel for
Comic-Con 06.

BJ: There are two different Donald Duck Adventures #29
(printed at different times and with totally different
contents. The one youre looking for has a December
1994 date on it and features a cover by Don Rosa. The
stories you like in it are titled Stampede and
Deliver! (D92211) by me and Bill Van Horn. The other
is Tour de Jour (92193) co-written by Dave Rawson
and Pat McGreal (their first published Disney story I
believe) and drawn by Vicar.
Mile High Comics has a copy (thats priced rather
high, in my opinion, but I guess it must be hard to
find) at:

Im glad you like Stampede so much. Of the stories
Ive written, its always been one of my favorites as
well.
Best Wishes,
