Well, this looks more like Phil De Lara inked by one of Strobls regular
inkers. Compare Gyro to anything Phil did for the backup stories in US.
Inking/corrections looks like it was made by the same person that did change
the art on some of Barks DD covers.
Barks didn't have any hand in this cover.
