What issue is this?

I've been enjoying the posts lately.  The Shacktown on the internet is a 
find.  I'll include that link in this week's newsletter to my customers 
and hopefully a few hundred of them will click on it and be introduced 
to one of my five favorite Duck stories.

Here's a question for everyone.  One of my customers is looking for a 
childhood favorite.

"I'm searching for a story in either Uncle Scrooge, Donald Duck, or 
Huey, Dewey, and Louie, involving Donald and his nephews either diving 
(or in  some type of mini-submarine) and Uncle Scrooge appearing in his 
own mini-submarine.  FYI, it's not the city under the sea/Atlantis 
issue, and may be called the "Sea-weed Pirates".  Also, at one point, I 
seemed to remember it dealing with giant pearls or underwater emeralds."

What issue is this from?  I get this list in digest format so if someone 
wants to email me directly that would be sweet too.  Otherwise I'll have 
to wait a day.
