Gladstone and Gemstone Don Rosa stories

      Ken McDaniel asked which issues of Scrooge and WDC&S have first-time 
printed Don Rosa stories, basically during the past 10 years.  I checked my 
records and the list is actually quite long.  In addition, there are 
several stories published by Gladstone and Gemstone during this time in 
other titles:
