Italian ZP closes?

Hello, everyone:

It's five years or so that I'm not a Zio Paperone subscriptor anymore. Anyway, I felt sad when I've noticed today that Disney Italia is closing this magazine.

Since I've not quite understood the reasons why, could anyone make a comment or post some link or article about this subject? (I can read Italian). I would be very thankful.
