Note that Boom *does* offer international subscriptions, but it is unreasonable 
expensive: you have to pay $40 for just five issues!

There are a bunch of similar pages too. Boom makes two copies of each issue, 
although with different covers, and you get to choose if you want cover A or 
cover B (or both: $60 for five issues). Be careful to pick one of the options 
for international customers!
