It is also my birthday, but living in the States I always read it as 331 and totally missed the connection.  Thanks for the tip off!

Also this being an '03 year there are a couple other 313's worth noting, if someone hasn't already.

1.  3 January 3 = 313 for you Europeans.
2.  March 1, 3  = 313 for us Statesiders.
