Plugging the list

As Helge wrote there is no "official" list of mailing lists, but
almost.  Stephanie da Silva maintains a big list of publicly
accessible mailing lists, which at think that lots of people search in
when looking for a mailing list on a particular subject -- at least I
do.  And disney-comics is mentioned there anyway.

I don't think this list is *particularly* hard to find at all, but if
you're not "netwise" it's hard to find most anything on the Net, maybe
some World Wide Web things being an exception.  I haven't seen to that
links have been inserted to the WWW page on Disney comics as I thought
of that page as much too preliminary yet anyway.  I haven't done much
about it since then, but maybe I should try to get links to it anyway?
