The artist in question was Dan O'Neill. The other air pirates included
Gary Hallgren, Bobby London, Shari Flennikin and (I think) Willy Murphy.

I've got both issues of Air Pirates Funnies and I enjoyed them. There
was also a Tortoise and Hare comic that I think included Disney references.

As I said in an earlier post, Ron Mann was interested in comics as
subverting the American way of life. Having Disney characters engaging
in various sexual activity certainly falls under that definition, while
Barks or Gottfredson's work does not. That's why Dan O'Neill gets in as
the only reference to Disney comics.
