>If it's Roger Rabbit that you like, either the comic book or the
>movie, I would suggest that Disney is NOT what you should be reading
>(or watching) at all.

Why are the two mutually exclusive? Carl Barks is one of the best
comic books writers ever. Chuck Jones is one of the best cartoon
directors ever. Both were absolutely brilliant at times. I enjoy
both for very different reasons. BUT, I ENJOY BOTH!

>I'll continue to reread the stuff I enjoy whether or not it is
>considered by the experts to be clasics or high-quality or whatever.
>Is that bad? Does that make me not like the good stuff (i.e. DELL
>Disney)?

Few things about comic book fandom bother me more than elitism. Read
what you like! If you want to experiment with something different, do
so because you want to. Soon as you start reading stuff because
people tell you that you should read it, you'll stop enjoying reading.
