Greetings all,

Been reading this group for some time now and figured I should
finally join in. I thought I sent something a while ago, but the
system here was screwy for a bit so I don't know.

Anyway, I haven't gotten part 1 of the Lo$ yet. It was no where
to be found around here, if it came out already.

About Scrooge retiring in part 10, I'm just guessing, but that
sounds like a good place for "Go Slowly, Sands Of Time" to be placed
in Scrooge's time line.

Well, I'll keep this short. Let me just mention that during
Gladstone's first run, I sent them a bunch of one pagers, which they
sent back saying they weren't interested in. So I sent some plot
summaries of longer stories. Then I sent stuff to Bob Foster and then
I got an internship at MAD magazine.
(Which reminds me, Don, when exactly were the borscht belt
years of MAD?)
Anyway, this is my roundabout way of saying "Hey, what's the
situation like today for writers to do the occasional freelance gig?
I imagine I'm about the same age as David, me being 21.
Zaz it for now. Cheerio and fare thee well...
