Two short messages from your Database maintainer:

"Cash Flow" was first published in Uncle Scrooge #224. It was reprinted
in Gladstone's giant album #28 (the _first_ special Rosa album; a lot of
people seem not to know this album exists).

Daniel: don't worry, the "extra" art of "Land beneath the ground" in the
Celestial Arts book was also all published in the Carl Barks Library.
