Divorce

Last weeks Donald Duck in Egmontland had the first part of 
a story by W. Van Horn. In this story Rumpus wants half of 
Scrooge's money. His lawyer claims that he is entitled to 
this because he was deprived of seeing his family after
his mother left Scrooge's father Fergus McDuck.
I've never seen any reference to divorce in a d-c story before.
