Mwahahahaha, the best line i've read so far :) I completely agree with you
on this one. Gladstone, or whover the next publishing company gaining the
publishing right, should think about this.
btw, i'm sure you' ve all heard about abandonware ring, which is sites with
old commercial PC games in it. I think putting scanned stories online is
actually to be encouraged as long as the stories scanned are the oldies, no
longer reprinted for many years, half-forgotten, but have some charms in it.
Just like the old commercial games in abandonware ring, those games never
lose their tags as commercial games but somehow the companies even closed
their eyes on what's happening simply because the fans are right, the games
are hardly available anymore. Well, wrong example maybe, comics and
softwares are two differrent things but hey, at least i've said all my ten
cent's worth :)
I must say thank you to the ones who've put scans of Barks' stories like
Treasure of marco Polo and Darkest Africa stories. If not for em, i may
never enjoy those stories since last time i participated, a single issue of
CBLiC containing Darkest Africa story sold for >$70. Imagine that for a $9
comic album. Sigh.

Best,
