Yep. For the same reason, the Ducks live in (or near) Holland to most Dutch
readers. Etcetera.
After all, the Ducks speak Dutch, use the Dutch currency, and their names
are Dutch (with some exceptions). As a child, you don't think further. Only
later you realise that the deserts and high-rise buildings don't look very
Dutch at all...
