Thanks a lot, Francesco & François, for identifying these
artists whose stories I liked very much. Fond memories...
Still haven't had time to read "Donald Quixote". I only read such things
(ie, stories I love) when I'm sure I won't be interrupted, and that's usually
at night in my bed. But these last few days I already had something to read:
Don Rosa's CK & PP! Finished CK last night. Enjoyed every panel of both!
Apostolis & Fernando:
I recall this Red Bat Fethry! He changed clothes in a garbage can!
I like the Jaime Diaz studio stories very much too. Funny and full of very funny
little details. I especially love the Goofy stories (History, Inventions, Adaptations
of Novels). And those incredibly inventive layouts!
Rich:
Thanks for the information on Michel!
Sounds like an interesting idea. A satire of groupies. It depends how it is handled.
But he really is way too distorted to my taste (just look at the bottom left picture
Rich linked to).
Is he a French creation?
