Vicar; Mampato

Hi!

Is there anyone from Chile (or anybody who would know this)? I need to know 
about Chilian comic Mampato which Vicar drew (in 1960's?). Is it the same 
that Themos Lobos has done? I don´t understand Spanish, so the little amount 
of info I´ve found is beyond comprehension. And the web translators give odd 
results... gibberish.
